The St. Clair – Blount Economic Development Council is a public-private organization. We are funded through St. Clair County Commission, Blount County Commission, municipalities and the generosity of private organizations, industries and individuals.

 

The Partnership for Tomorrow campaign began in 2007 adding over $2 million to our funding. This has allowed us to add staff members and begin more initiatives than ever before. Through our partner gifts, we have begun to accomplish our strategic goals to create jobs, increase the tax bases and improve the quality of life for the citizens of St.Clair and Blount Counties.
 

 

 

The Partnership Network – Partners gain access to a network of business and community leaders. 

Resources – St. Clair-Blount Economic Development Council strives to maintain their reputation as an up-to-date resource for St. Clair & Blount County information. Partners have a direct link to the most recent data available.

Events – Each year the St. Clair-Blount Economic Development Council hosts partner-only events where partners can meet and greet one another. In addition, they can see and hear about the most recent developments.
 

 

Newsletter – Every quarter, the St. Clair-Blount Economic Development Council publishes a newsletter updating partners on the latest projects in St. Clair and Blount Counties.
